Homecoming 2012 is almost here, with an amazing array of concerts, parades, contests and other fun stuff to help NC State celebrate its 125th birthday.

photoAnd the Alumni Association, in conjunction with Guidebook, has created a mobile app to help you keep up-to-date on the schedule of events, get maps of where events are happening, post photos, get the latest info on the Wolfpack football team and more. Homecoming week is from Oct. 28-Nov. 3.

You can also buy tickets to Homecoming events through the app. Tickets went on sale this week, for example, for the Pack Howl pep rally and concert, featuring Wale and Gloriana. Get your tickets now for the show on Nov. 1 at Reynolds Coliseum.

Also, this is the last week to purchase a package deal for the Alumni Association’s Homecoming tailgate outside Carter-Finley Stadium and tickets to the game against Virginia. Those tickets can be purchased through the app or by visiting our website.

You can have access to all the latest Homecoming information by following three simple steps to download the app:

1. Download the free Guidebook app on your mobile device.

2. Search for NC State Homecoming 2012.

3. Select the event and download the guide.
