NC State is ready to help. The Office of International Services, with the help of 68 international students and scholars, has published an international cookbook entitled, “The Pan-galactic Cookbook Series, Volume I: Earth.”

The book includes more than 115 recipes from 33 different countries. Most of the recipes are easy to prepare, while some of the recipes will take you on a culinary journey. The cookbook authors made sure that all the ingredients needed can be found in Raleigh.

“It is our hope that this will give you a peek into the lives of NC State’s diverse international community and, of course, a great cultural, culinary experience,” wrote the book’s publisher.

Proceeds from the book will be used for cross-cultural programming for international and domestic students at NC State.

The book can be pre-ordered through the Office of International Services website at a discounted price of $15 through Oct. 5. After that, the price will be $18.
