CVM Prof: Bartonella Can Be Passed from Mom to Child

More interesting research out of the College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Ed Breitschwerdt, a professor of internal medicine, has found that the bacteria Bartonella can be passed from mother to child, causing chronic illnesses and, possibly, birth defects.
